Work of Art T120 Bonneville

This 1959 Triumph T120 Bonneville was a full frame off restoration project in 2019. Won First Place in the 2020 Sturgis Rally Buffalo Chip Full Throttle All Brands Bike Show and Bagger Blastoff. It also won 1st Place in the Pre-1966 Antique Class 32nd Rat's Hole Custom Bike Show in Sturgis is August of 2020, 1st Place in Jam On Production in Harrisburg PA in 2019, and hand picked as top award to be 1 of 28 bikes from the US to go to Cycle Showcase St. Louis 2021, received during Full Throttle Saloon's All Customs Bike Show.

Features: This first year of the Triumph T120 Bonneville has a  650cc parallel twin motor (The T120 name alluded to a 120 MPH top speed for the Bonnie). The original, modded Bonneville that this new bobber started from was stripped down, and everything has been restored, replaced, updated or redone on this Robin’s Egg Blue machine built on a chocolate frame with brown leather large sprung Bobber saddle and copper pearl touches throughout. The bike also received a machined and custom swingarm, rebuilt 650cc twin motor and a 4-speed transmission with refreshed internals. It regained the iconic Bonneville gas tank—rather than the peanut tank it had most recently—in the rebuild, and the overall effect is that it actually looks closer to original now than its most recent reincarnation. It is a kick start, right-side shift, front and rear drum brakes, springer front end, and chain drive.

It's not just about a truly one-off custom build with this beautiful Triumph. It runs amazing as well! Estimated value at Mecum Auction in 2021 was between $35,000 and $40,000. It comes with a picture book showing start to finish build pictures and all the awards.
