Features: This first year of the Triumph T120 Bonneville has a 650cc parallel twin motor (The T120 name alluded to a 120 MPH top speed for the Bonnie). The original, modded Bonneville that this new bobber started from was stripped down, and everything has been restored, replaced, updated or redone on this Robin’s Egg Blue machine built on a chocolate frame with brown leather large sprung Bobber saddle and copper pearl touches throughout. The bike also received a machined and custom swingarm, rebuilt 650cc twin motor and a 4-speed transmission with refreshed internals. It regained the iconic Bonneville gas tank—rather than the peanut tank it had most recently—in the rebuild, and the overall effect is that it actually looks closer to original now than its most recent reincarnation. It is a kick start, right-side shift, front and rear drum brakes, springer front end, and chain drive.
It's not just about a truly one-off custom build with this beautiful Triumph. It runs amazing as well! Estimated value at Mecum Auction in 2021 was between $35,000 and $40,000. It comes with a picture book showing start to finish build pictures and all the awards.
