Meet Our Staff

Carrie Shultz

Owner - Carrie and Brian Schultz started this business in Tucson Arizona in 2006. They have been in Lake Havasu since 2011 and have quickly made Havasu their home!

Carrie is the sales manager of the store and does the day-to-day stuff! If you shop at Gear Up, you know Carrie! You will never know what you will see her on at local bike events - it's always something different from her inventory.

Brian Schultz

Owner - Brian is the "behind the scenes guy". Although he's not in the store day-to-day, he makes sure we have motorcycle inventory in the store. He's super picky (being a pilot and all) so if it's not clean enough to be in his garage - it's not good enough to be in our store.

Brian has been riding for years currently a Triumph Thruxton as well as his Honda CRF450X for the dirt. In addition to motorcycles, Brian loves his Rock Crawling in his Jeep or playing in the desert in his RZR. 

Luther

Service Manager - Luther is a Harley certified mechanic working in the industry for over 20 years. He has a true passion for motorcycles.

Luther is here to help out with all questions with how to make your motorcycle better - from performance items like exhaust systems and cams to accessories like apes and chrome parts!

Steve

Service Tech – Steve is Harley certified technician and has been working on Harley Davidson motorcycles professionally for over 4 years. He joined our team in 2019. Steve rides around on his Harley Deluxe or his 883 Iron.

Rick

Ricks Hog Wash is here detailing our motorcycles twice a week. Although not employed by Gear Up, he is considered one of the team. He is a motorcycle rider with a one-of-a-kind Harley to show off! If you want your bike to shine contact Rick - he's mobile and will come to you!
